Arthur Mkrtchyan
Professor Mkrtchyan is a psychiatrist and psychotherapist, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Head of the Department of Psychiatry, National Institute of Health, Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia. He works with all cases, keeping complex ones at the focus of his work.
Professor Mkrtchyan was awarded the Fridtjof Nansen Gold Medal for his pioneering work in establishing social and humanitarian principles.
